| 采用6300t卧式挤压机生产Inconel 718无缝钢管，发现挤压后钢管表面有裂纹产生，采用扫描电子显微镜（SEM）、能谱分析仪（EDS）及光学金相显微镜等分析手段，对裂纹部位进行了分析，发现管子表面的裂纹既有主裂纹，还有次生裂纹，裂纹基本为沿晶裂纹，少量穿晶裂纹，钢管有晶界有NbC存在。经研究发现裂纹产生原因是坯料加热温度不均及挤压过程坯料温度升高，挤压速度过快导致的。改变加热制度，提高坯料加热温度均匀性，适当降低挤压温度，减慢挤压速度，Inconel 718无缝钢管批量挤压生产，表面质量良好。 |

They were found to be primary cracks and secondary cracks , mainly intergranular with some transgranular under examinations of 扫描电子显微镜（SEM）、能谱分析仪（EDS）and metallographic microscope . The tubes contained grain boundary and NbC. Studies discovered these cracks to be caused by uneven ingot 或 billet? heating temperatures, ingot 或 billet? heating temperatures rising during extrusion, and too fast extrusion speed. After changing the heat system, evening the ingot 或 billet? heating temperatures , moderately decreasing the extrusion temperature and slowering down the extrusion speed, Inconel 718 seamless steel tubes can be produced in batchs with fine surface quality. |
