4月28号仓促投稿，今天收到编辑的拒稿信，悲伤中。。 原文是这样的: 17-May-2017 Dear Mr. xx: Thank you again for submitting your manuscript JNET.2017.0021 entitled "xxxx" to Journal of Non-Equilibrium Thermodynamics (JNET). Due to the large number of submissions to JNET, which we are currently receiving, we have to be very selective in our reviewing process.
