【2009-01-15】在美丽的珠海的一个IEEE信息与自动化国际会议

在09年6月将于珠海开一个IEEE的自动化方面的国际会议，会议的信息和网址如下： 2009 IEEE International Conference on Information and Automation June 22-25, 2009 Zhuhai/Macau, China http://www.cs.ualberta.ca/~icia09 CALL FOR PAPERS ICIA 2009 (2009 IEEE International Conference on Information and Automation) will be held in the beautiful coastal Chinese city of Zhuhai, June 22-24, 2009 with post-conference workshops and activities to take place in Macau, June 25. Sponsored by the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society and the Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society, ICIA has become a reputable annual academic event in the fields of information science and automation engineering, for researchers in China, Asia, as well as around the world. We seek quality papers in all key areas of information science and automation engineering. 我发的那个贴，应该给解释一下 - 灰色地段太多，所以也不容易区分。我也只能猜测加分析了。不过是个好例子，大家可以模仿查其它的会！非IEEE的会，也有不少很好的。 首先，查了一下IEEE会议列表，正式名称里没有IEEE，应该不是100%的IEEE会议。 但IEEE分会是（main) sponsor，应该IEEE占有一定比重，多少就只有主办者清楚了。不过会议应该还可以。 看看IEEE网站登记的是general chair，Zhang Hong。查了一下， http://www.cs.ualberta.ca/~zhang/bio.html 背景不错，也有经验。应该是个很不错的会。 又查了一下Ei，2008年办过，会议文集已经检索。应该非常可以了吧！ [ Last edited by visitor958 on 2009-1-6 at 21:20 ] |

要看会议在那里办，比较一下收费与开销。好的会不是为了盈利（但也不能亏损）。 看了一下，在这里开会的话，开销肯定不小，所以可以放心，不是个赚钱的会议。不过可能有点高调了。 http://www.cs.ualberta.ca/~icia09/venue.html Dehan Hotel, formerly known as Zhuhai International Conference Centre Hotel, is a five-star hotel and the largest conference facility of its kind in the Pearl River Delta region. |
