Biosensors and Bioelectronics投稿被拒 想申诉 理由如下: Reviewer #1: The authors described the enhanced photocatalytic efficiency of A@mpg-c3n4 and its application in the detection of PSA. They have performed the detection experiments carefully, but many points have been omitted in the manuscript as mentioned below, which makes the article not suitable for a highly reputed journal like biosensors and bioelectronics. Moreover, the enhanced photocatalytic efficiency of the system has been proved earlier and explained for the degradation of organic dyes. The novel part in the article remains in the use of detection of PSA, hence emphasis may be given to the sensing part. So in my opinion the work will be more suitable for more specific journal. The authors have given the SEM and TEM image with different magnification. For a comparison the same magnification is needed. Need to give both low and high magnification images to confirm the claimed "sheet like structure of A". To me the structure appears as particles. Same is the case with all images. SEM of A is not given, why? I would suggest an EDS mapping for the A@mpg-c3n4 to identify the A distribution over mpg-c3n4. How the carboxyl groups are introduced in the mpg-c3n4? The presence of carboxyl group is not clearly evident in IR? Why such a low intensity for the peak? what is the %of carboxylation? It appears that the XRD figure caption is wrong. the peak corresponding to mpg-c3n4 is marked in the XRD of A ! What is the wavelength of light used for photoelectrochemical measurements? X-axis is not given in figure 3A. Experimental condition are also not mentioned. Is it that the light was on for all the time, and added different concentrations of PSA? What was the concentration of PSA for stability test? Reviewer #2: Authors have described well technique for the detection of PSA. But there are many early reported sensors which are showing better response. However authors have explained and discussed the results appropriately Sensors is not optimized in terms of temperature and response time. All other results are satisfactory explained. Reviewer #3: The authors should edit the labels in the Fig. 4A regarding the selectivity, to be more correct. for example (b) should be "CEA+PSA", not just "CEA". The authors should enhance the conclusion part thoroughly. it is not enough. 想申诉! 第一条意见里说我的材料A@mpg-c3n4已经被应用在光催化降解有机染料里了,实际上是A@g-c3n4用在光催化里了,我的文章将g-c3n4换为了mpg-c3n4,增大了A的负载量,并且还将mpg-c3n4羧基化了,增加了水溶性。并且我利用的是A@mpg-c3n4的光电响应信号而非催化性能。第二三条意见很简单,不知到怎么回事。。。。想问下各位,根据审稿人的意见,我申诉成功的可能性有多大!!谢谢啦 |
