R中NMDS显示 Species scores not available

新手画NMDS 模型。 （1）计算β值 library(vegan) beta14<-read.csv("species richness in different slamtraps2.csv",row.names = 1) beta14 c<-raupcrick(beta14) c write.csv(as.matrix(c),file="Beta value of species richness in different slamtraps2.csv"  （2）此时我的用来做NMDS的数据是这样排列的 library(vegan) library(ggplot2) set.seed(2) NMDS14<-read.csv("Beta value of species richness in different slamtraps2.csv",header = T,row.names = 1) NMDS14 pp<-metaMDS(NMDS14,k=2,trymax = 100) pp 这一步就有显示species scores misssing  stressplot(pp) scores(pp,choices,display = c("sites","species" )plot(pp) 还是“species scores are not avalaible” ordiplot(pp,type="n" orditorp(pp,display = "sites",col="red",air=0.01) orditorp(pp,display = "species",cex = 1.25,air = 0.01) 请问 什么是 sprcies scores？  EF12C048-0047-447E-9152-9EFE1B1050DC.png |
