玻璃的形成是在过冷度很大的条件下快速凝固而形成,玻璃处于亚稳态而存在大量缺陷,而在热处理之后,玻璃内部的复杂结构在得到足够的能量之后,向稳态转变,玻璃内部的结构的缺陷减少而连接程度增加。当Eu3+离子进入到玻璃结构中,均匀地分布于玻璃结构的空隙中,在热处理之后,Eu3+离子会在与玻璃中Si-O与Al-O非桥氧键相连接,形成O-Eu-O键,使得玻璃结构的非桥氧键减少。
Glass is formed in a rapid solidification process under over-cooling condition. The resulted glass is typically in a metastable state and carries many structural defects. During heat treatment, the internal structure gradually turns to stable state with a decrease in defects and increase in structural continuity. As Eu3+ ions enter glass structure, it evenly distributes into cavities within glass structure. After heat treatment, Eu3+ ions form non-bridging oxygen bonds with Si-O and Al-O, and eventually turn into O-Eu-O bonds, decrease the number of non-bridging oxygen bonds in glass structure. |
