【1】随着航天技术的发展,特别是航天器飞行速度和有效载荷与结构质量比的提高,耐高温先进复合材料正成为最主要的航天结构新材料,尤其是耐400℃以上高温的复合材料,其基体树脂必须具有非常优良的耐高温性能,而常用的耐高温树脂如双马来酰亚胺树脂、聚酰亚胺树脂已满足不了实际使用的要求。
【2】环氧树脂是一类具有优异性能的高分子合成树脂,但由于其含有大量的环氧基团,固化时交联密度大,因此性脆、且耐热性能差。因此,我们将合成的四元胺单体用于环氧树脂的固化,采用非等温差示扫描量热(DSC)技术对四元胺与环氧树脂的固化进行了跟踪,并求得了固化动力学参数。近年来,用热塑性树脂来增韧环氧树脂以期能提高环氧树脂的耐高温性,改善其脆性。
