The Nageotte hemocytometer is designed to allow users to manually count low leukocyte concentrations, specifically those beyond the capabilities of a standard hemocytometer. Two gridded counting areas are subdivided into 40 rectangular areas. Each of the two gridded areas has a volume of 50μL, for a total volume of 100μL per Nageotte chamber. Accurate measurements can be obtained down to 0.1cell/μL (100cell/mL). Cell depth is 0.5mm. An H-shaped moat separates the two gridded areas. 低倍镜下淡紫色圆点 |
