Our research interest is in the development of nanomaterials for biomedical applications focusing on the use of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) approaches to facilitate the translation of cell therapy. In general, I am looking for candidates with background in material science, cell biology and MRI. Candidates with biomaterial background, animal handling and immunohistochemistry experiences, and good abilities in creative thinking and writing are desirable. If you know someone who is interested in our research area and is seeking that fit, please have him/her contact me at KannieW.Y.C@cityu.edu.hk as soon as possible. 招Research Associate  或者先做RA，然后转作博士 Project Imaging small animals using optical imaging and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) Duties Prepare research animals for imaging, and maintain and manage the imaging modalities at the department, such as bioluminescence imaging and MRI. Requirements A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related disciplines, preferably with research experiences in optical and MR imaging. Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge in MRI physics, MRI pulse sequencing and hardware, and image post-processing, experiences in animal-handling is preferred. Proficiency in English and computer skills, responsible, well organized, and highly self-motivated work ethic and genuine research interest are desirable. Salary and Conditions of Service Salary offered will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
