There is no indication that the xx gene transcription levels were normalized to a housekeeping gene wholes transcription does not change in this population. The Methods state that the "housekeeping gene GAPDH was used as an internal control to confirm success of the RT reaction". Typically the HK gene is used to normalized quantity of sample used for the gene of interest as well as a QC measure. 怎么理解？ |
