[交流] 色谱高手请帮忙---基线不平问题！万分感谢！

各位老师好：我想请教梯度洗脱跑基线时总是出一个鼓包峰的问题，
      我的流动相A是PH3.2的盐，B是PH3.2的盐和乙腈的混合液（30：70），前20分钟A流动相由50%线性降低到7%，再在7%保持10分钟，可在22分钟总是出现一个鼓包峰，基线怎么跑都是出线这个鼓包峰，请高手帮忙解决，万分感激！

色谱条件我是参照欧洲药典6.0做的，原文如下：
—  size: l = 0.15 m, Ø = 4.6 mm,
—  stationary phase: silica gel for chromatography, alkyl-bonded for use with highly aqueous mobile phases R (5 µm),
—  temperature: 45 °C.
Mobile phase:
—  mobile phase A: 4.0 g/l solution of potassium dihydrogen phosphate R adjusted to pH 3.2 with dilute phosphoric acid R;
—  mobile phase B: mobile phase A, acetonitrile R (300:700 V/V);

Flow rate: 1.5 ml/min.
Detection: spectrophotometer at 240 nm.
