问题一： IET的投稿须知上有这样的说明： If your manuscript has previously been submitted to this or any other journal (including other IET journals) and subsequently rejected, you must provide copies of all correspondence involving the earlier submission including the final decision letter. You must also include an additional document detailing how you have improved your paper from the previous rejected version. Please upload this document alongside both your submitted manuscript file and your cover letter. Failure to do so may cause delays or interruptions to paper processing and will result in the rejection of your manuscript. 如果之前投别的期刊被拒，要求提供投该期刊的原稿和审稿意见，并说明做了什么改进。 是不是一定要按照这个要求做？之前被拒的文章中，有些审稿人提的问题解决不了，没有很大改进，会不会有影响？ 大家都是怎么做的？ 问题二： IET有严格的篇幅限制： Words Figures Tables Decision Between 2,500 and 3,000 Fewer than 15 Fewer than 12 Acceptable Between 2,500 and 3,000 More than 15 More than 12 Overlong Between 3,000 and 4,500 Fewer than 12 Fewer than 12 Acceptable Between 3,000 and 4,500 More than 12 More than 12 Overlong Between 4,500 and 5,000 Fewer than 10 Fewer than 10 Acceptable Between 4,500 and 5,000 More than 10 More than 10 Overlong Between 5,000 and 6,000 Fewer than 8 Fewer than 8 Acceptable Between 5,000 and 6,000 More than 8 More than 8 Overlong More than 6,000 Any number Any number Overlong 我们行业的文章，一般都是图较多，表很少。如果我的字数在4500-5000之间，图有14个，表有4个，图+表<20个（篇幅限制中图<10，表<10）。将表的个数额度匀一点到图里去，这样行不行？ |
