elsevier，Journal of neuroscience，投稿被拒，editor让修改后重投 已有2人参与

有经验的虫友帮忙看下啊，这个是什么情况？还要不要resubmit，还是直接换杂志算了。等了两个月就这结果，疯了。 Dear XXX, Your manuscript has been seen by reviewers, and I regret to inform you that it was not considered suitable for publication in the Journal of Neuroscience Methods. The reasons for this decision are detailed in the appended reports. However, I would be happy to consider a resubmission of this manuscript once all comments/suggestions of the reviewers have been taken into account. This manuscript will be considered a new submission and will undergo the standard review process, potentially by the same reviewers. When submitting the new manuscript, please enclose a point-by-point list that highlights the amendments you have made in response to the reviewers' comments (with reference to the appropriate pages of the new manuscript).
