两亲嵌段聚合物自组装成胶束,如何计算胶束的聚集数?已有1人参与

菜鸟真诚求助,十万火急。本人用RAFT法合成了ABA型两亲嵌段聚合物,然后在水溶液中自组装成胶束,请问如何计算聚合度和胶束的聚集数?以下.是审稿人意见和要求: How did you determine the block-lengths? At the point which you call CMC do you only get uni-molecular micelles? If not, what is the aggregation number? This could be obtained from a Zimm-plot maybe. I guess you already produce rather large BCP micelles. However, without the degree of polymerization of the blocks this is impossible to judge |

The way how the polymers are described is very confusing. What is m and what is the real degree of polymerization? The nomenclature used does not reflect the ABA structure. How did you determine the block-lengths? At the point which you call CMC do you only get uni-molecular micelles? If not, what is the aggregation number? This could be obtained from a Zimm-plot maybe. I guess you already produce rather large BCP micelles. However, without the degree of polymerization of the blocks this is impossible to judge. In the description of the DLS experiments their is certainly an error. The laser certainly does not have 150 W. This would probably burn the sample. How did you calculate the PDI? Usually in polymer sciene values above 1 are found derived from the number and weight averaged molecular weight. I assume here the values are something else. Please give more information about the DLS data analysis in general. In addition the grammar is partly incorrect. However, this can maybe corrected by Springer 这就是全部意见 |

他让你说明聚合物长度,也就是尺寸,让你从zimm图找答案,那应该是让你测Rg,GPC接静态光散射可得 发自小木虫IOS客户端 |

他问你的CMC是用单分子形成的胶束还是多个分子形成的,这个你要拿出证据说明,zimm图是通过rayleigh散射方程得到的,算出来的是Rg,动态光散射算出来的是Rh,不知道你文中胶束尺寸是怎么得到的无法给出更多建议。我猜你是TEM量的? 发自小木虫IOS客户端 |
