拒稿意见是: Neurocomputing receives an extremely large number of papers on various areas in neural networks and learning systems; as a result, the threshold for acceptance is high and we have to prescreen all submissions to determine it's fitting to Neurocomputing. The associate editor handling the review suggests submitting it to a more specialized journal. This suggestion has been echoed by the fact that there are very few recent Neurocomputing papers in the references. [ 发自手机版 https://muchong.com/3g ] |
