[求助] 投稿mechanical system and signal processing已经六个半月了，还在under review 已有7人参与

如标题，大家给个意见，Mssp的杂志周期好长，都快七个月了，还是外审中，而且时间状态没一点变化，怎么办啊，可否催稿

同志没，昨天我给杂志发个邮件催了下，今天主编回复我了，各位帮我看看，这个审稿人意见如何，我感觉有点笼统
内容如下:

Dear Dr Wang,

We have one review of your paper available (copied below). A decision will be made when we have two reviews.

Major remarks
The reviewer considers that it is not clear the differences between GTDT methods described in [11] and the procedures shown in the paper. This aspect should be fully clarified in the work.
In addition, it will be interesting to do a comparison between the methods described in [11] and the methods shown in the paper. What steps of the methods are different?. What are the advantages of the proposed methods?
Minor remarks
The maximum limit of the summation in Eq (1) seems to be wrong. Is it equal to n?.
Inversion of matrices has to be carried out in the methods. This inverse operation may contain numerical stability problems when the matrix is not of full rank. Different causes can reduce the rank of the global transfer matrix such as the number uncorrelated loads presents in the system. This limitation of the methods could be addressed in this work.
