酪氨酸酶活性实验

我最近在做酪氨酸酶活性实验,参考文献方法做出来的数据不知道怎么分析,请大家帮忙看看,文献上说酶的活力是这样计算的:Relative enzymatic activity (%) = (slope of reaction kinetics equation obtained by reaction with inhibitor)/(slope of reaction kinetics equation obtained by reaction without inhibitor) *100%,其中方法是这样:The enzyme activity was determined at room temperature by monitoring the absorbance at 475 nm accompanying the oxidation of substrate L-DOPA (Chen & Kubo, 2002). A series of assay solutions dissolved in 0.05 mol L1 sodium phosphate buffer (pH 6.8) containing various amount of morin and a fixed concentration of tyrosinase (5.21 10 8 mol L1) were incubated for 3 h at room temperature. The assay was initiated by adding L-DOPA (levodopa, 5.0 104 mol L1) to the morin–tyrosinase complex solution (the final volume of the reaction system was 3.0 mL), and the absorbance at 475 nm was then measured every 20 s.
