各位：小弟投了Mathematical Problems in Engineering。 时间已经有一个月了编辑一直让修改格式，让声明没有利益冲突。现在又发来一封信内容如下：Following the emails below, we found that the references still
concentrated in the introduction section "[3-15] and [18-26] and
[28-32]."
So, please send me, via email, an updated PDF file of your manuscript
after properly citing the references.
请问这是什么情况呢。还没送审啊，还是什么别的原因呢？还是要悲剧呢。哪位知道，先行道谢。
