本人文章是短文，不适合投常规文章，请推荐可以投这两种类型的化学，工程，综合方面的3区4区期刊，谢谢！

5月份以Paper形式投稿，6月底主编打回来让以TechnicalNote的形式重投，7月5号投出，至今没消息。RMRE审稿周期长是众所周知的，但是TechnicalNote也要审这么久吗？有没有投过的小伙伴？
