请问论文修改中的DateRevisionDue是指到这一天还是到这一天结束呀？比如DateRevisionDue是9月29日，是28号23点59分就结束了还是29号23点59分，谢谢~

投稿elsevier旗下一个期刊，如果elsevier的EES投稿系统里给的revisionduedate是20号，可以在20号当天上传吗？还是说必须得提前一天？投稿系统的时间与北京时间有时差吗？
