论文投稿 With Editor 20天，要不要催稿
elesvier期刊-CoastalEngineering，8月24号投稿，投稿后很快变成witheditor，直到今日状态都没有改变（20天）。这种情况下要不要催稿？催稿的话，怎么写催稿信最好？谢谢大家！

4月16日投稿，差不多一天后就witheditor，这都4月29号了，还是witheditor，是不是这个杂志就是很慢呢，还是编辑忘记了我这论文了一般多久催一下合适呢
