请问一下,半导体组成的异质结A/B中,哪个是基质,哪个是...如BiOCl/InVo4中,哪个是基质?根据文献来看一般是InVO4为基质,但网上查询异质结组成时,又有说A/B中能带小的写在左侧。有些混乱。
