请教Advanced Powder Technology投稿邮箱问题

投稿Advanced Powder Technology近一个月仍在编辑手上，今天收到编辑部邮件 Dear corresponding author, This is the editorial office and thank you for your submission. Our editorial policy requires the corresponding author to use the email given by your affiliation such as university/institution/company you belong to. If you have any difficulty to get your own affiliation's email address, you may use the current free e-mail address (like yahoo.com, gmail.com and other portal sites) only for the correspondences between us. However, please be advised that providing the affiliation's email address of the corresponding author will be essential after the manuscript is accepted for the publication, because we are unable to publish any manuscripts without the affiliation's email information in our journal, even though the decision is "accepted". *This editorial policy has been applying to all the submissions since August 2013, therefore please also note that the articles with free-email address by the corresponding author may be partly published for a while. Upon confirming that the email information is suitably provided by the corresponding author on EES, we will start reviewing this manuscript within one month. If not, please be advised that we may not deal with it in the light of the author ethics. 我的理解是投稿可以用门户网站的邮箱，但论文里的通讯作者邮箱必须为单位邮箱。 事实上，我文章里确实用的是单位邮箱，只是当初注册elsevier时用的163邮箱，编辑部还发这个邮件是什么意思呢？ |
