本人分子生物学一点也不懂,从生工拿到序列后提交ncbi,收到genbank这样一封邮件 ,很是忧伤,求大神解答帮助希望不要重做
We have received the following 6 sequence submission(s) from you:
Seq1.sqn : (6)
BLAST similarity search analysis indicates that one or more of your
sequences contain little or no similarity to ribosomal RNA sequences
in the database:
no match over partial sequence (not a full-length match):
Seq4
Seq3
Seq1
Seq5
Seq6
Ribosomal RNAs are generally highly conserved and thus, we would
expect to see similarity to other rRNA sequences over the entire
length. A lack of similarity over the entire length of the sequence
may be due to one of the following:
- low quality sequencing (usually occurs at the ends and may
simply require trimming of the submitted sequences)
- chimera formation
- misassembly of the sequence reads
- vector contamination
- PCR artifact
If the sequences are correct, please provide a detailed reply
explaining these results.
If the sequences are not correct, resubmit the complete file or
set not just the revised sequences.
Send your reply to: gb-admin@ncbi.nlm.nih.gov and your resubmitted
sequence(s) through either BankIt or Sequin. Please be sure to
indicate it is a "resubmission of grp xxxxxxx".
If we do not hear from you by Jan 30, 2015, all of your submission(s) will
be deleted from the processing queue.
Thank you for your attention. We will not assign GenBank Accession
Numbers or further process your submissions until we hear from you.
