我做过单线态氧氧化DPBF,定性测定的话,可以扫谱(定点测更快一些),但光照时间一定要短一些,切记避光环境操作!!!下面附一个测试方法(固体薄膜),仅供参考:Photochemical determination of relative singlet oxygen production of PS-Pap. A comparative study of singlet oxygen production was conducted on the PS-Pap materials using 1,3-diphenylisobenzofuran (DPBF) as a chemical quencher (Table 2.2). DPBF was selected as an appropriate quencher as it reacts with singlet oxygen in a quantitative fashion producing o-dibenzoylbenzene, a non-absorbing or emitting compound having limited reactivity with 1O2.102 The reduction in the DPBF absorption band at 410 nm ( = 23,000 L mol-1 cm-1) was used to determine the relative consumption of DPBF by the singlet oxygen produced by the
photoactive material. Four 6 mm diameter punches of A3B3+-Pap and A3B3+Zn-Pap having an average weight of 2.3 and 2.5 mg, respectively, were used in this study. A total of five samples containing 200 L of DPBF in DMF were run for each material: one material-free light control (LC), one material dark control (DC), and three material light studies (LS). The observed photodegradation of DPBF under ambient, illuminated conditions led to the inclusion of a material-free light control. The LC and LS samples were subjected to a fluence rate 5 mW/cm2 for 10 min and immediately analyzed. Percent decay of absorbance of DPBF was calculated relative to the respective DC. |
