journal of luminescence 技术审查问题求助

虫友们好，我最近投了一篇发光杂志的文章，结果3天后就收到退稿信了，说技术审查没有通过。具体如下： Thank you for submitting your work to Journal of Luminescence. Your manuscript has been checked against formal technical criteria (structure of submission, adherence to the Guide for Authors and English language usage). We regret to inform you that we will not send your manuscript to the reviewer in its current state. Before we can send your manuscript out for peer review, please make changes/corrections as mentioned in the comments below. The language is not concise enough to read. There are instances of wrongly used words or phrases, badly constructed sentences, grammatical errors, and spelling mistakes, such as "The introduction of donative elecrton group can increase the HOMO and LUMO energy levels of the title terbium complexes, but the result of introduction of electrophilic group was just opposite", "Rare earth complexes have been attracted significant attention about their fluorescent broad applications in medicinal chemistry [1], material chemistry [2] and biochemistry [3] due to unique physical and chemical properties of rare earth ions", "Meanwhile, pyrazolone and its derivatives, especially 4-acyl pyrazolone, are an important heterocyclic compounds containing N, O atoms and can be used as chelating agent, which have attracted considerable scientific and applied interest in pharmaceutical and biological reagents, metallurgy, dyes, luminescent materials", "Molar conductivity of the complexes in N,N'-dimethylformamide (DMF) were measured at room temperature with an DDS-12A digital direct reading conductivity meter", "Chloroacetic acid (0.04 mol, 3.78 g) was dissolved in 12 mL distilled water in a 50 mL beaker, then 10 mL of 25% sodium hydroxide solution was added dropwise obtained sodium chloroacetate solution", "The solid was filtered and recrystallized from ethanol obtain white crystals, and dried under vacuum to get phenoxyacetic acid 1'a", "The synthesis procedure of the compounds 3'a~g is similar, so only the 2-phenoxyacetohydrazide 3'a has been selected for illustration" Please check the manuscript carefully and thoroughly to refine the language. Please do not revise only the samples indicated in the comments, which are highlighted as serious problems. 虫友们有最近投过这个杂志的吗？急，现在不知道怎么办。他的这个技术审查是不是最近新加的呀，以前我有师兄投过这个杂志，好像没说说要技术审查呀。有遇到同样问题的虫友们吗？能否一起分享下解决办法？谢谢了！ |
