你这量有多少啊? 这样的C谱对结构解析没多大帮助啊 你看看做C时 垒的次数是不是太少了 可以的话多累点时间 应该是可以得到一个比较好的结果的 祝实验顺利

你的氢积分有问题 看不明白 你的是萜类吧? 萜类没C谱很难解 看你的量还行 C多垒下还是能行的 这个没C估计谁也解不出来 再打个高分辨确定分子式

打碳谱我也不懂,我用的是dmso,样品原来是用甲醇溶的,会不会有硅胶的,有硅胶会对结果有影响吗?

硅胶是无机物 对C谱H谱都没影响 你看看C谱里NS的次数是多少 你要是66mhz的 应该3000次左右 谱应该比较好
