有人有感兴趣申请香港理工大学环境博士吗？已有19人参与

请看到的同学，麻烦帮着问问，很nice的一位老师，今年有名额，招博士呢。内容如下： ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I am looking for a potential applicant for PhD study for the coming Aug/Sept 2013. The applicant should have a good Master degree (or will have one by then). The applicant only has a bachelor degree will not be considered. If you are interested, please email me following information for further consideration. - CV - Transcripts (for both bachelor and master degrees) - Degree certificates (or the excepted date to receive a Master degree) - TOEFL or IELTS score (a must) - publications, awards, etc.. The qualified applicant will be invited to discuss your proposal with me before submitting your application. Other general information for PhD application: For all applicants interested in pursuing research studies (PhD application only) in our Department, you must apply for the HK PhD Fellowship scheme by the deadline (usually 1 December every year). More information on the scheme and the application procedures can be found at the following website: http://www.polyu.edu.hk/ro/hkphd-fellowship/index.html In case the application of HK PhD Fellowship is not successful, your application can automatically be further considered for admission to the departmental quota with departmental research studentship. Please note that If you do not make an application to the HK PhD Fellowship scheme by the deadline, you will NOT be considered for admission to our departmental research studentship.
