第12届IEEE国际通信系统会议征稿 12th IEEE International Conference on Communication Systems 17 – 20 November 2010, Singapore http://www.iccs-2010.org/ CALL FOR PAPERS The 12th IEEE International Conference on Communication Systems (ICCS 2010) will be held in Singapore from 17 to 20 Nov 2010. This year, ICCS 2010 is co-organized by the IEEE Singapore Communications Chapter, the IEEE Singapore Vehicular Technology Chapter, the IEEE Singapore Section, and the Institute for Infocomm Research (I2R), with the participation of academics and researchers from the National University of Singapore (NUS). ICCS 2010 is technically sponsored by IEEE Communications Society. You are invited to submit papers and propose tutorials and workshops that include but are not limited to the following areas in information engineering, communication systems & related applications. Published paper will appear in IEEE Explorer and EI Index. - Antennas, propagation & channel modeling - Cognitive radio - Communication software & electronics - Cooperative communications - Dynamic spectrum management - Green communication technologies & systems - Grid networks - High speed networks - Information theory - Medical ICT systems - Microwave devices & systems - Mobile radio communication systems - Modulation & coding - Network architecture and security - Optical communications & photonics - Optical networks - Resource allocation, mobility management & QoS provisioning - Satellite communications - Signal processing for communications - Space time processing & MIMO systems - Spread spectrum systems - Ultra wideband technology (UWB) - Millimetre-wave technologies - WLAN, WPAN, WBAN & WWAN - Wireless ad-hoc & mesh networks - Wireless sensor & Zigbee networks - Wireless network coding - Beyond 3G communication systems Paper Submission Authors are invited to submit full papers in PDF format.
