该博士项目主要内容:开发一款先进,便携式,低成本扩散相关光谱仪,主要针对人体组织(大脑,皮肤等)血流检测及其临床应用(癌症诊断,康复治疗监测等)。
要求:
• 候选人需已经取得物理学,电子工程学,光学等相关学科的学位
• 对SPAD sensor 工作机理和使用比较熟悉
• 具备FPGA项目经验(不要求具备生物医学知识)
• 对科研有浓厚的兴趣,积极主动好学

David Li in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at the University of Strathclyde is recruiting PhD students. The project aims to develop an innovative, portable, low-cost DCS system for monitoring blood flow in tissues (e.g. brain, skin, etc.) by using Scotland's world-leading CMOS single-photon sensors and integrating them with novel AI techniques.
H is looking for students with experience in embedded systems, FPGAs (Verilog/VHDL), optical engineering, instrumentation and machine learning. Students with only an undergraduate degree, but with extensive experience in related fields, are encouraged to apply for this position.
