吴年强 (Nick Wu),现任职于马萨诸塞大学阿默斯特分校 (University of Massachusetts Amherst) 化学工程系,Armstrong-Siadat讲席教授,电化学学会会士(FECS),美国医学与 生物工程院院士(F-AIMBE), 英国皇家化学学会会士(FRSC)。入选全球高被引学者榜单 (Highly Cited Researchers list,Clarivate Analytics, Thomson Reuters) 。 获得电化学学会(ECS)传感器杰出成就奖、贝尼顿杰出学者奖、艾丽丝·汉密尔顿职业安全与健康杰出贡献奖、西弗吉尼亚大学史泰勒工学院杰出研究员奖、George B. Berry 讲席教授。曾担任电化学学会(ECS)董事会成员和传感器分会主席。担任国际期刊的编辑顾问会委员与副主编。吴教授课题组的主要研究方向包括: (1)太阳能,光催化和光电化学电池,(2)储能电池和超级电容器,(3)生物传感器、微流控、侧流层析试纸、即时检测技术。近年来致力于电化学、表面等离激元电荷与能量转移机理研究及其在上述三方面的应用,首次提出了等离激元引发共振能量转移(PIRET)理论模型, 阐述了氧化石墨烯发光的巨红棱机制 (GiantRed-edge Effect),开发了基于表面增强拉曼光谱的免疫测定生物芯片,研发了用于指尖血液即时检测的侧流层析试纸。吴教授撰写或合著了200多 篇期刊论文、3篇专著章节、1部专著《基于纳米材料和纳米设备的生物传感器》。其论文被引用 30000次,H-指数79。更多详情,请访问主页: https://people.umass.edu/nianqiangwu/
A postdoctoral fellow position in biosensors or biomedical engineering is opened at University of Massachusetts at Amherst (UMass Amherst), USA. The candidate is expected to conduct research and development of Point-of-Care Testing (POCT) devices for in vitro diagnosis (IVD). The candidate must have hands-on experience and strong background in paper lateral flow assays or microfluidic devices. Any experience in following areas is plus: proteins, nucleic acids, ELISA, PCR, and nanomaterials synthesis. Industrial experience is desirable but not necessary. It would be an asset but not necessary if the candidate has expertise in one of the following areas: nanomaterials, microfabrication, biochemistry, analytical chemistry, biology, biomaterials, in vitro or in vivo bio-imaging, drug delivery, photodynamic therapy, plasmon, fluorescence, and surface-enhanced Raman scattering.
