Introduction to the laboratory: Single-molecule biophysics and advanced bioimaging laboratory develops state-of-the-art biophysical technologies such as super-resolution optical microscopy, single-molecule FRET, single-molecule and multiplexed FISH, and takes advantage of these tools to solve important biological questions in cellular liquid-liquid phase separation (LLPS), protein quality control, and neurodegenerative diseases.
