课题组组长简介:
颜畅博士将于2022年5月加入香港科技大学(广州)功能枢纽可持续能源与环境学域。他分别于2010年和2012年取得中南大学冶金工程和有色金属冶金硕士学位,于2017年取得新南威尔士大学光伏工程博士学位,指导老师为“现代太阳能之父“ 的马丁格林教授和郝晓静副教授。他博士和博后阶段从事宽带隙铜锌锡硫太阳电池研究,并取得多项铜锌锡硫太阳电池光电转换效率世界纪录,现在任新南威尔士大学光伏与可再生能源学院讲师。他研究方向为下一代宽带隙无机薄膜太阳电池,包含并不限于铜锌锡硫,铜铟镓硫,硫族钙钛矿等。他共发表70余篇期刊文章,包括14篇(共同)第一作者文章,如nature energy, advanced energy material, acs energy letter. sci 引用 2800余次,h-index 30. 2020年入选斯坦福大学排名的“世界顶尖2%科学家。详情请见https://changyanlab.com/

job opportunities: phd positions in the next-generation inorganic thin-film solar cells.
two positions are available on the next-generation wide-bandgap inorganic thin-film solar cells. these positions require:
• background in material engineering, electrical engineering, photoelectronic engineering, chemistry or physics.
• a master degree or a first-class honoured bachelor degree
• enthusiasm, hard-working, and team spirit
• english test scores for admission requirements
the program will start in september 2022
dr. chang yan will join hong kong university of science and technology (guangzhou) in may 2022 as an assistant professor in sustainable energy and environment (see). dr chang yan received b.s and m.s degrees in metallurgical engineering from central south university. he joined unsw in 2013 for phd career specialized in photovoltaic engineering under the supervision of prof. martin green (father of modern photovoltaic) and xiaojing hao. he is currently a lecturer/research fellow at unsw. during his career at unsw, he has fabricated several wide-bandgap cu2znsns4 thin-film solar cells with world-record efficiencies. he has published 14 first or co-first author publications on field top journals such as nature energy, advanced energy letters, acs energy letters etc and over 60 co-authored publications with over 2800 sci citations and h-index 30. he has been recognized as the world top 2% scientist in the year of 2019 ranked by stanford university. see more details at the website: https://changyanlab.com/
