问题是中文期刊有普通人的份儿么？就像某些地方的体制内岗位，高中、大专生都能进，但你重点大学毕业就是进不去！

那是因为自从国家科技部发布了科技部卓越期刊列表后，国内各种核心期刊列表就没什么存在的意义了

对于理工科，SCI不考虑分级，只考虑发表那么你只要好好弄会发，而且出版速度相对快
中文的理工科的期刊正常投稿发表也是能，但是 ...
