Research in our lab mainly focuses on two branches of electron microscope£ºimaging theory and image processing using advanced computing technology.
In the aspects of hardware equipment, the current research group mainly uses three high-performance computer workstations for research and calculation. Two machines include NVIDIA RTX2080Ti graphics card and the other includes NVIDIA GTX1080Ti graphics card. Using these three machines, the network model in deep learning can be built quickly and large-scale matrix calculations can be completed.
In terms of the allocation of experimental personnel, the research group is composed of four graduate students majoring in computer technology and one graduate student majoring in optical engineering under the leadership of Prof. Lin Fang. At present, our research group has made some progress in using deep learning technology to solve the imaging conditions of electron microscope images, three-dimensional reconstruction of electron microscope images, using CUDA parallel computing to solve the thickness information of samples, and three-dimensional filtering of electron microscope images.
