一、学校简介
南方医科大学创建于1951年,1979年被确定为全国重点大学。学校是广东省高水平大学重点建设高校中唯一的医学院校,全国首批、广东省唯一一所“部委省”共建高校,全国首批开设八年制本硕博连读临床医学专业的8所高校之一,全国首批卓越医生教育培养计划试点高校。
二、课题组及合作导师简介
沈教授于2008年毕业于中国科学院过程工程研究所,获博士学位。毕业后,先后在日本群马大学、澳大利亚阿德莱德大学、中国科学院宁波材料技术与工程研究所和美国国立卫生研究院从事科研工作,2019年8月加入南方医科大学,担任教授,建立纳米医学课题组。针对国家在肿瘤诊断与治疗方面的战略需求,沈教授长期致力于肿瘤纳米诊疗学的研究,紧紧围绕纳米材料的设计、可控构建及其有效调控开展工作,通过有机分子修饰无机纳米材料,调控复合纳米材料的物理性质、化学性质或微观状态变化,探索提高有机无机复合纳米材料的水相稳定性、生物相容性、肿瘤靶向性、以及实现肿瘤诊断与治疗的有效途径,取得了一系列研究成果。基于这些成果,沈教授已发表SCI论文80余篇,其中,以第一或通讯作者在Nat. Commun. (1篇), Chem. Soc. Rev. (1篇), Adv. Mater. (2篇), ACS Nano (4篇), Small (3篇), Biomaterials (3篇) 等SCI期刊上发表学术论文42篇。所发表论文已被正面引用2900余次,H指数=32。
三、招聘方向
拟招博士后及特聘研究员的研究方向包括但不限于:纳米医学、生物医用纳米材料、分子影像探针、肿瘤靶向诊断与治疗、循环肿瘤细胞检测等。
四、福利待遇
(一)薪酬待遇
1.基础年薪:30-40万元,具体面议。
2.学校科研绩效
博士后在站期间以南方医科大学为第一完成单位发表论文、申获基金、获得专利等,按照学校绩效管理规定享受单独科研绩效(例如以第一作者身份发表SCI二区论文(IF>5.0)1篇,博士后约可单独获得5万元绩效奖励,所发表论文水平越高奖励越高)。
(二)其他福利
1.校本部博士后可按规定申请博士后公寓(两室一厅);如无法安排博士后公寓,学校提供租房补贴每月2000元,发放期限24个月。
2. 博士后入站后即可申报副高级专业技术职称,指标单列,不设比例限制。
3.校本部博士后参照事业编制人员享受学校公费医疗待遇;
4.博士后子女可按学校有关规定报读南方医科大学附属幼儿园(广东省重点);
5.博士后可按规定申请落户,将人事档案等转入学校管理;
6.学校支持博士后申报各类项目;
