[博后招生] 同济大学海洋与地球科学学院马知途课题组招博士后

同济大学海洋与地球科学学院马知途课题组现招聘博士后。该课题组的研究重点为利用地震波成像技术研究海洋岩石圈的演化。主要课题会包括对南海、印度洋和北冰洋的弹性波速度和衰减结构进行面波成像。应聘者需要有处理被动源地震数据的经验，并精通至少一种编程语言。博士后开始时间可以商议。马知途老师和剑桥大学、哈佛大学、布朗大学等国际知名大学有很好的合作关系，博士后期间将会有出席包括AGU、EGU在内的国际会议的机会。有意者请发CV至zhitu_ma@tongji.edu.cn。 负责人简介：马知途博士2008年本科毕业于北京大学；2015年毕业于加州大学圣迭戈分校Scripps海洋研究所，获地球科学博士学位；2015年在美国布朗大学地球、环境与行星科学系做博士后研究；2019年在美国哈佛大学地球和行星科学系任研究助理。马知途博士于2019年7月加入同济大学，现为同济大学青年百人、研究员。主要从事天然地震与地球动力学方面的研究。到目前为止，他取得的主要创新研究成果包括：1）全球岩石圈地震波速度的高精度成像; 2）海洋岩石圈演化; 3）全球岩石圈地震波衰减结构成像。共计在EPSL、JGR、GJI等国际学术期刊发表论文11篇，第一作者6篇。 Dr Ma is currently looking for postdocs with passions to apply seismological imaging techniques to understand the evolution of oceanic lithosphere. Potential topics include imaging both the elastic and anelastic structure of South China Sea, Indian Ocean and the Arctic. You will need to have previous experiences in processing passive seismic data and need to be familiar with at least one programming language. Candidates from any countries are welcome. Starting date is negotiable and there will be plenty opportunities to attend international conferences like AGU and EGU. Dr Ma has also maintained good connections with Cambridge University, Harvard University and Brown University. Please send your CV to zhitu_ma@tongji.edu.cn if you are interested. Dr. Ma graduated from Peking University in 2008 with B.Sc in Geophysics. He then obtained his PhD at Scripps Institute of Oceanography at UC San Diego in 2015. In 2015, he moved to Brown University as postdoc and later in 2019 to Harvard University as research associate. He joined Tongji University in July 2019, working as full time researcher. Dr. Ma’s research focuses on passive seismology and global plate tectonics, including 1) developing high resolution global lithosphere model; 2) modeling the evolution of oceanic lithosphere in large scale; 3) imaging the attenuation structure of lithosphere globally. He has published 11 papers in journals including EPSL, JGR and GJI, six of which are first authored. |
