1.导师简介 西安交通大学导师：马伟, 教授, 博导，全球高被引科学家。从事有机光电子材料形貌表征和同步辐射X射线散射技术开发。研究结果发表在Nature Energy, Joule, Nature Communication, Adv. Mater., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Adv. Energy. Sci. 2019, 1801560. 国际知名有机光电材料课题组：合作导师主要包括英国帝国理工、剑桥大学、美国北卡州立大学、美国华盛顿州立大学、美国普渡大学、德国慕尼黑工业大学、德国德累斯顿工业大学、瑞典林雪平大学、法国索邦大学，巴黎高等师范学院、香港科技大学等国际顶尖课题组的教授，在站期间可以博士后身份进行合作研究。根据课题进展情况安排长短期结合的访问形式。 2.岗位要求 本岗位拟招聘2人。 研究方向为高分子物理/化学，半导体器件，太阳能电池，有机合成等，国内或国际知名大学近两年取得博士学位；不超过35周岁。 3.岗位待遇： 1：博士后的收入： 国内期间，特别资助博士后的收入一般不低于33万元/年，外籍博士后一般不低于21万元/年，专职科研博士后18~25万元/年（根据候选人背景）。 国外期间，根据具体情况和时间长短，资助等价于30-35万人民币/年。 2：学校将为博士后缴纳社会保险和住房公积金（为外籍和港澳台地区博士后购买商业保险），提供公寓住房、子女入学等待遇。博士后实行合约管理，进站后认定为助理研究员职务；在站期限一般为2年，根据研究工作需要最长可延至6年；符合出站条件且满足应聘条件者，可随时应聘学校副教授，副研及青年拔尖人才。 联系方式：msewma@xjtu.edu.cn Xian Jiaotong University-International Top Organic Semiconductors Research Group Joint-Postdoctoral Fellowship 1.Supervisors: Xi’an Jiaotong University: Prof. Wei Ma, Highly Cited Researcher. His research is devoted to developing high efficiency organic optoelectronic devices through morphology control and also developing advanced scattering techniques such as Synchrotron radiation X-ray scattering. He has published more than 200 peer-reviewed research papers (total citation 12000, H-index 49) in scientific journals, including Nature Energy, Joule, Nature Communication, Adv. Mater., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Adv. Energy. Mater., among which 60 papers (IF>10) were published as the first/(co-)corresponding author, 35 papers were elected as ESI highly cited papers (1%), 10 papers were elected as ESI “Hot paper” (0.1%). International top organic optoelectronic materials research group: Cooperative supervisor mainly include professors of the top international research groups such as Imperial College London, Cambridge University, North Carolina State University, Washington State University, Purdue University, Technische Universität München, Dresden University of Technology, Linköping University, Paris Normal University, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, etc. The short-term or long-term cooperative research visits will be encouraged according to the progress of the project. 2.Postdoc Position Requirements: Two opening positions are provided; A successful candidate should be under the age of 35, and have expertise in polymer physics/chemistry, organic semiconductor devices, organic synthesis), with Ph.D. degree awarded in the recent two years. 3.Salary and Benefits: 1.Postdoctoral income During domestic period, the income of special subsidized postdoctor is not less than 330,000 RMB per year, the foreign postdoctor is not less than 210,000 RMB per year, and the full-time research postdoctor is between 180,000 and 250,000 RMB per year (according to the background of candidates). During overseas period, the subsidy is equivalent to 300,000-350,000 RMB per year according to the length of time. 2.Xi’an Jiaotong University (XJTU) will provide social insurance, apartment housing and children's admission. Post-doctoral contract management is implemented, and the post is recognized as research associate after registration; the duration of the station is usually 2 years, which can be extended up to 6 years according to the needs of research work; those who meet the application conditions can apply for assistant or associate professors, assistant researcher as well as the XJTU young talent support plan at any time.
