汕头大学医学院国际感染与免疫研究所现招收有意向参加汕头大学医学院和意大利萨萨里大学联合培养博士项目的学生。该项目为期3年，学生将在汕大医学院和意大利萨萨里大学进行科研学习，其中1.5年在萨萨里大学，1.5年在汕头大学医学院。 汕头大学医学院国际感染与免疫研究所免疫部由David J. This is a 3-year long program, in which students will undertake research studies at Shantou University Medical College and the University of Sassari in two blocks of 1.5 years at each research institution. Prof. David J. Kelvin is the director of the Division of Immunology at the International Institute of Infection and Immunity, which is focusing on host immunology involved in the areas of cancer, cancer genomics, cancer immune therapies, computational biology, and emerging and established infectious diseases. Students with background in cancer, genomics, computational biology, immunology, virology, pathology, biochemistry or genetics are encouraged to apply. Requirements: Background in Immunology, bioinformatics or other Life Science majors. Fluent in both speaking and written English (CET 6). Students should have a MSc or greater degree.
