第一性原理计算

Description: My lab currently has an opening for a research staff position to perform first-principles calculations of thermal conductivity of 2D materials. The position is currently for only one year, but the contract could be extended in the following years. The research staff could enroll to the PhD program in the Department of Mechanical Engineering in the National University of Singapore, e.g., during his/her second academic year. Master's students who will graduate by Aug 2019 are welcomed to apply. The applicants must have extensive experience in the first-principles calculations or molecular dynamic simulations of the thermal transport properties during his/her M.Sc. studies. The screening and the selection of the applicants will start immediately and interested applicants are encouraged to submit their CV to me as soon as possible. Skype interviews are expected to be scheduled and completed by the end of April. Application Procedures: To apply, please send a current and comprehensive CV to mpekyk@nus.edu.sg.
