研究组工作语言英语 Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience: Essential • PhD involving genomics, bioinformatics and/or molecular biology • Ability to deliver research outcomes relevant to the position • Experience of genomic analysis of DNA sequences • Knowledge of literature related to crop genomics, evolution, biodiversity, statistics and bioinformatics • Experience with bioinformatics • Experience with building and maintaining small PC networks • Ability with Python, Java and R; PC and computer network experience • Excellent communication skills in English, including the ability to write for publication, present research proposals and results, represent the research group at meetings, teach, and prepare timely reports • Awareness and maintenance of high ethical standards and safe working practices in an international, publicly-funded, research environment Desirable • Research on use of molecular markers and phylogenetic analysis • Experience of molecular cytogenetics including microscopy and image analysis • Experiencer working in collaborative research groups and training others • Experience of independently managing a discrete area of research • Publications using bioinformatics in relevant areas of plant and crop genomics[ 来自版块群 广东 ] |
