美国波士顿大学机械工程系段传华课题组招聘博士后已有2人参与

POSTDOCTORAL RESEARCH ASSOCIATE at Boston University, Department of Mechanical Engineering. We are looking for a post-doctoral associate to develop a novel nanopore-based chemical releasing platform. The position is in Prof. Chuanhua Duans Group at BU Mechanical Engineering Department. General information about the group is available at www.bu.edu/neft. QUALIFICATIONS • PhD degree in Engineering, Physics or a related field. • Strong experimental background in micro/nanofluidics and nanofabrication/characterization. • Experience in surface chemistry/functionalization and bio-conjugation. • Some experience with basic cell culturing techniques desirable. • Excellent communication and writing skills. TYPICAL DUTIES • Design and Fabricate micro/nanofluidic devices in the cleanroom. • Design and conduct experiments. • Collect, summarize, and analyze data. • Prepare biological samples in a cell culture lab. • Guide PhD student working in the same project. • Present results at conferences and publish manuscripts. • Assist the PI to prepare proposals.
