会议网址： http://www.iocem.net 1. General The first International Conference on Optoelectronics and Measurement (ICOM 2018) will be held on Oct. 18-20, 2018 in Hangzhou, China. It is organized and hosted by China Jiliang University, co-organized by Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and Physics (Chinese Academy of Science), National Institute of Metrology (China), Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology & Engineering (Chinese Academy of Science) and Soochow University. Over 300 participants including well-known scholars and researchers from all over the world will attend the conference to communicate the most recent and advanced issues concerning optic, electronic and optoelectronic devices related science and technologies. ICOM2018 will become one of the leading international conferences for presenting novel and fundamental advances in the fields of optic, electronic and optoelectronic devices as well as relevant measurement, instruments, equipment and metrology technology. It serves to foster communication among researchers and engineers working in these areas. The conference focus on the science, technology, materials and engineering in following subjects: (1) LEDs, lasers and transistors based on organic semiconductor as well as displays and solid-state lighting based on OLEDs; (2) Organic solar cells, photo detectors and imaging sensors; (3) Printing electronics; (4) Perovskte based optoelectronic devices; (5) Optoelectronic devices based on low dimensional semiconductor materials; (6) Optoelectronic devices based on advanced inorganic semiconductors; (7) Photonic devices and materials; (8) Optical fiber based devices and engineering; (9) Gas, physical sensors and actuators; (10) Semiconductor physics, device physics, modeling & simulation; (11) Measurement and metrology technology for optic and electronic devices as well as related materials; (12) Instruments and equipment in optic, electronic and optoelectronic devices. Representatives of leading research group will give plenary reports in diverse subjects. Several tens of manufacturers for instruments and equipments will exhibit their products in the area of thin film deposition, crystal growth, device fabrication, encapsulation and characterization. Papers submitted to ICOM can be included in IEEE Xplore (indexed by EI) and other related journals. ICOM is sponsored and hosted by China Jiliang University, co-hosted by National Institute of Metrology (China), Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and Physics (Chinese Academy of Science), Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology & Engineering (Chinese Academy of Science) and Soochow University. ICOM will be held annually in China. 2.
