A visiting scholar or post-doctoral position is available in the Molecular Neurobiology Laboratory, Department of Biomedical Sciences, Quillen College of Medicine, East Tennessee State University, USA. Our research focuses on the molecular regulation of key proteins in the noradrenergic system by transcriptional factors using animal models and transgenic approaches. These projects are related to exploration of molecular mechanisms underlying the etiology of aging and degeneration diseases such as Parkinson’s diseases, as well as possible therapeutic interferences for these diseases. Qualified applicants are required to possess a master or Ph.D degree in neuroscience, biochemistry, microbiology and/or related disciplines and they are skilled in the molecular or cellular biology. To apply, send CV, a summary of research interests and names and contact information of three references directly to zhum@etsu.edu.
