阻抗法计算电容值
大家好,关于阻抗法计算电容值,CA=1/(2*3.14*f*Z''),画出的图形中总有一个尖峰,大家知道为什么会有尖峰么?这个峰的横坐标位置有影响么?是不是电容值越大,峰所对应的频率值越小?一般电容值在1000微法/cm2,峰横坐标在103-104 Hz (figure 1),而电容值在500微法/cm2,峰横坐标靠近104 Hz (figure 2),样品的电容值在200微法/cm2,峰横坐标超过了104 Hz (figure 3)。而如果电容值小于100微法/cm2,则图中没有峰了。
