本人最近投IECR,查重被拒了， In light of the overlapping portions of your manuscript, our Editors have concluded that there is significant duplication of the original publication. In more serious departures from scientific standards we may contact institutional officers and granting agencies. At this point, it is unclear whether the duplication in your submission reaches that level of concern. Our journal does, however, require an explanation from you and your co-authors, which will be reviewed by the Editors and by ACS Publications staff. Until we have heard from you, we cannot proceed further with the review of your manuscript. If no satisfactory answer is provided, we must reject the manuscript from consideration and will consider alerting your institution or department head. We would appreciate a reply by [14-Jun-2018]. > > All authors are responsible for the originality of the data presented for publication. 重复率高，涉及剽窃，这是很常见的，首先他应该发给你查重报告了，你应该仔细检查，如果是方法技术上的重复，做客观说明，如果结果类似性重复，做创新性说明，如果讨论结果部分重复，那就是写作的人抄袭太明显了，需要就写作能力方面自省。然后自查英语写作，和数据真实性，创新性 发自小木虫IOS客户端 |
