如题,不明白针对编辑的回信怎么做,是回信说明吗,还是在论文稿子后边补充。
Dear Dr Wang,
Thank you for submitting your manuscript to Royal Society Open Science. Before we are able to proceed, there are a number of minor items we need you to address, and we have temporarily unsubmitted your manuscript to allow you the opportunity to resolve these issues. Please see below for details.
==END STATEMENTS==
Please revise your manuscript to include the following sections as requested in our instructions for authors (http://royalsocietypublishing.org/instructions-authors). These must be included as separate headings.
If any statement is inapplicable to your manuscript, please include the heading, but explicitly state that the heading does not apply. If you do not do so, your manuscript may be unsubmitted.
A non-exhaustive example of how to present the statements is attached in the 'RSOS-end-sections' file.
1- Data Availability:
It is an absolute condition of submission to and publication in the journal that you make publicly available the dataset(s), code, and other digital research materials supporting the results in the article. You must supply sufficient data, code, and digital research materials to allow an interested reader to attempt a replication of your study. With this in mind, it is not generally acceptable to simply state the data are available in the manuscript -- further details of where and how data are accessible must be supplied. For more details, please see http://rsos.royalsocietypublishi ... ormation#Open_data.
Datasets, code and other digital research materials should be deposited prior to submission in an appropriate publicly available repository and details of the associated accession number, link to and DOI of the datasets must be included in the Data Availability section of the article. Details of the data deposition should be available at submission -- this should include accessible URLs and accession numbers to the dataset, code or digital materials. Reference(s) to datasets should also be included in the reference list of the article with DOIs (where available).
In order to make it as easy as possible to comply with this policy, the Royal Society Open Science submission system is fully integrated with the Dryad data repository (http://datadryad.org/) and we cover the cost of submitting data to Dryad up to 20GB. Data submitted as electronic supplementary material will, upon acceptance of a manuscript, be deposited at the Royal Society's figshare portal (https://rs.figshare.com/) free of charge.
Please do NOT deposit your manuscript figure or table files in the Dryad repository (http://datadryad.org/) -- this may cause unnecessary delays. Only datasets, code, or other digital research materials not already reported in your manuscript or included as electronic supplementary information should be included in the Dryad repository.
Please include a Data Availability section after your main text stating where supporting data and code are available; these details should be appropriately cited in both the reference list and data accessibility section of the manuscript. A statement of best practice can be found at http://www.dcc.ac.uk/resources/how-guides/cite-datasets.
Unless there are strong extenuating circumstances for doing so, we will not generally accept statements including but not limited to "Data and materials are available upon request from the authors" in our data accessibility statements. Exceptions to our data deposition and availability requirements are possible under exceptional circumstances, but these must be agreed in advance with the editorial office.
2- Competing Interests:
Please include a Competing Interests section after your main text declaring any financial or non-financial competing interests. If you have no competing interests please state 'I/we have no competing interests'.
3- Authors' Contributions:
Please include an Authors' Contributions section at the end of your main text detailing the contribution of each author. All authors should have read and approved the manuscript before submission and this should be stated in the Authors' Contributions section.
The list of Authors should meet all of the following criteria:
-- substantial contributions to conception and design, or acquisition of data, or analysis and interpretation of data;
-- drafting the article or revising it critically for important intellectual content;
-- final approval of the version to be published; and
-- agreement to be accountable for all aspects of the work in ensuring that questions related to the accuracy or integrity of any part of the work are appropriately investigated and resolved. |
