被拒重投被接受的可能性已有13人参与

同志们，文章被拒了，这种情况下，重投合适吗？ 建议重投还是不重投呢？求经验啊 ，先谢过 EDITOR'S COMMENTS A manuscript written in bad English cannot be considered for publication in EJMP. In this case, there are problems of non clear statements which limit the readibility of the article. I decide for rejection, but given the interest in the merit of this manuscript, well suited for our journal, I give the posssibility of resubmission of a new manuscript after it has gone through an extensive revision of the English, and after having taken into account all suggestions by the two reviewers.
