17-Jan-2018 Dear ***: The Editor-in-Chief is pleased to inform you that your manuscript, " ***", ID number TDMR-2017-11- *** has been accepted for publication in the IEEE Transactions on Device and Materials Reliability. NOTE: FOR PR  E-PRINT PURPOSES THE PDF FILE MUST CONTAIN COPYRIGHT BLURB (see below).The final version of your manuscript must comply with IEEE Periodicals requirements for text and graphics processing. Personal use of this material is permitted. However, permission to use this material for any other purposes must be obtained by sending a request to pubs-permissions@ieee.org In addition to uploading your files, please check that the author-supplied data, such as contact and co-author information in step 3 of the final submission process, is correct and complete. The following items are required before your paper will be processed for publication. Please be sure that all files are the final version, and that each item in the list below is included. Once you make your final submission, you will not be able to add or change files. PLEASE DO NOT USE BACK BUTTON during the final file upload. Kindly upload as soon as possible: 1.
