This postdoctoral position is under the frame of Sino-German Joint Research Lab between Freie Universit?t Berlin (FUB) and Northwestern Polytechnical University (NPU). The contract is provided by NPU. This postdoctoral position requires at least one year in FUB, Germany. Some extension in Germany may be required.
该师资博后位置是Schalley教授所在的德国柏林自由大学与西北工业大学共建的中德空间生物材料与技术转化联合实验室提供。Schalley教授作为西北工业大学讲座教授，因此位置薪资由西北工业大学提供。两年博后期间，至少有一年时间须在德国柏林自由大学实验室工作。根据工作需要，留德时间有可能延长。

Salary:
Chinese domestic pre-tax annual salary is 180,000 RMB. Enjoy medical insurance, pension insurance and other basic social insurance.
People, who have an excellent performance during the postdoc period, can be promoted to be assistant professor or associate professor in NPU.
薪水待遇：
国内年薪税前18万元；享受医疗保险、养老保险等基本社会保险；
任期中表现优异者直接留校，可直接升任为助理教授或副教授；
德国期间税后1800-2200欧/月；
子女入幼享受正式教职工待遇，可直接上西工大附中附小（省内前三）；
享受博士后公寓（一室一厅）；
可协助解决配偶工作问题；
绩优者享受额外科研奖励。

Briefly, the group works in supramolecular chemistry with current projects in the gas-phase chemistry of non-covalent complexes, surface chemistry, low-molecular weight gelators, and the analysis of the thermochemistry and kinetics of multivalent binding in multiply threaded (pseudo)rotaxanes.
